Election night and winning with my friends, family and neighbours is one of those Life moments you never forget.
The 2025 Property Tax was so high it made the National news. Each Councillor had townhalls with their constituents. Let's just say I had my husband start the car just in case.
Budget 2025 This budget rec'd national attention. There were alot of angry constituents who attended my townhall.
Honour handing out Sr.Citizen of the Year award. One of my favourite perks is being asked to honour some of our community minded constituents and friend.
New Water Wheel dedication. The largest working waterwheel in North America.
Mayor for the day! The Mayor was away and I was on the schedule to be Acting Mayor. I remember there was so much reading that evening. But I prepared and practiced and did a pretty good job, if I do say so myself.
